Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods

We ship all of our pieces through a courier company. Your parcel will be sent by road express which takes 4 - 5 days and requires signature on delivery. Please leave an address that someone will be able to sign on delivery. Your gown will be beautifully packaged in an Ivie White box, inside a standard shipping box for extra protection. 

Shipping cost:
$40 flat rate for all orders within Australia.

Payment Terms and Cancellations 

These terms apply to brides who have chosen our 3 part payment option. The term of your installments is determined by the time frame in which you have allowed in placing your order. Your term length must be more than 4 months to chose this option. The 3 part payment is for orders over $500. To order your gown a non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your gown for production. This initial deposit is the start of your term. Confirmation of your order is granted once payments show into our account. Payments are issued by invoice and due within 7 days of the invoice date. The secondary payment installment will be made in the first third of your term. This is when your gown will be scheduled to be start. This payment is also non-refundable. The final installment is due in the 2nd third of your term. This is when your gown will be finalized in production and ready for delivery. 

The payment of each installment is confirmation you are happy for us to proceed to the next stage. If a cancellation is made, we can not offer a refund on your installation payments you have made so far. You will only receive your gown/order If you have reached your full term and your account is paid in full.

Returns & Exchanges

As each gown is made specifically to order for you, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. We take the utmost care in the quality control of each of our gowns and pride ourselves on our workmanship and attention to detail. However, in the unlikely occurrence of a manufacturing fault we will happily resolve the issue with your gown. You can do this by contacting info@iviewhite.com.au within a 7 day period starting from the purchase date. Please give a detailed description of the issues along with any photo's if possible. We will then assess the problem and grant approval for return. Postage will be paid by Ivie White in the event of a manufacturing fault. All items must be returned back to Ivie White with in 14 days from the purchase date and 21 days for International orders. Gowns must arrive back to Ivie White in perfect condition, as you received your gown originally and must be unworn. We do not take responsibility for changes made to the gown by a third party, or any damage caused to the gown after its been worn.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, or if you have found another gown.
