The Brand

Established in 2016 by designer Stephanie Patey, Ivie White is a label born out of the dislike for excess and desire to reinstate a love affair with simple, beautiful, intelligently designed wedding dresses for free-spirited brides. 

Simplicity, elegance and attention to detail are at the forefront of the Ivie White philosophy. We design, cut, sew and shape all our dresses locally on the Sunshine Coast, using only the highest quality silks and materials.

An Ivie White gown is specifically designed to be comfortable and easy to wear. Stretch silk fabrics allow for effortless movement and silhouettes that draws your eye naturally toward the feminine form.

Ivie White evolved from true love, reflection and contemplation and our focus to capture the essence of a fashion-forward bride. 

The Designer

Stephanie is the woman whose vision and dedication has resulted in the creation of Ivie White. With a background in bridal couture, sewing and fine beading, it was years spent working behind the scenes with one of the Sunshine Coast’s most successful designers that led Stephanie to discover her true passion was designing and making wedding dresses.

Forever creative, with a passion for evoking the natural beauty in everyone, Stephanie began working on her own collection of bridal dresses in early 2016, emulating the cool, luxe and simple designs of the current bride. The label originally emerged in 2010 specialising in bridal accessories, and although the success was gratifying her dream of making gowns was always in the back of her mind.

Stephanie credits her Mum for her passion in small business and her husband Christian who together both gave her the courage to make her dream come true.
